Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer or Manager?

We are looking for a person who is skilled in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably with experience in continuous manufacturing, OEE; 5S; and TPM. You should have management experience or ability to develop.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
1. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet or exceed company established Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) expectations and customer quality expectations..
2. Continuous training of all plant personnel in machine operation; ensuring all employees receive proper and timely training.
3. Maintain accurate and sufficient parts inventory while meeting the established budget.
4. Schedule and coordinate appropriate downtime to effectively perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
5. Maintain Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) system; Micro Main.
6. Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure machines are manufacturing products that exceed customer quality expectations.
7. Schedule and coordinate all Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) events with maintenance and production personnel.
8. Maintain employee documentation and schedule labor to meet budget requirements.
9. Communicate problems, progress reports and continuous improvement ideas to management staff, maintenance and production personnel.
10. May perform the duties of Production Supervisor as needed or required.
Key Job Performance Measures
• Effective utilization of CMMS system
• Monitoring equipment downtime-scheduled versus unscheduled
• Maintaining maintenance expenses within assigned budget
• Reconciliation of all generated PM’s in CMMS system
Experience, Educational and Technical Qualifications
He/she must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. He/she must have the ability to provide technical guidance through past experience and industry knowledge. He/she should possess strong people skills, leadership qualities, a sense of urgency, accountability, business ethics, professionalism, self-motivation and the desire and focus to improve the business. City & Guilds 2,3,6.
